Pilot programme terms

Updated 3 September 2026

Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Draft. Prepared by the planning side; to be reviewed by a lawyer before live operation.

What the pilot is. A limited number of companies go through the full process on their own data before the product is released with a public price list.

What you get. The complete documentation described under What you get, personal handover and priority access to the platform once available. The pilot price is stated in the first call, before any contract.

What we ask. One hour of feedback after handover, answers to a few questions about how the export and the process suited you, and — only if you are satisfied and expressly agree — permission to use an anonymised description of your case as a reference. Consent to a reference is voluntary and revocable.

Data and contract. A data processing agreement is signed before any data is handed over. Data is sent without names; payroll rows are deleted within 30 days of handover. Details: Security.

What we do not guarantee. We deliver supporting documents and an evidence trail; responsibility for pay remains with the employer. We do not guarantee legal compliance and we do not provide legal services. The documents follow a draft amendment not yet in force; if it changes before taking effect, pilot companies receive updated documents.

Termination. Either party may end the pilot before data is handed over without giving reasons.
