About
Updated 3 September 2026
Ekvio started in 2026 with a simple question: what should a company of 45 people do when, from 1 January 2027, it must have a written pay system with job groups — and all that exists is a spreadsheet from the Ministry, consultants for large companies and law-firm articles?
Approach
We do one thing: the pay system the law requires and the documents around it. Not a salary survey, not an audit, not a legal service.
The model proposes, a person decides, code computes. The language model sorts job titles and writes text; it computes no number and sees no salary.
What we do not claim, we write down before you ask. See What we do not claim.
The default is always the weaker statement. When we do not know, the output claims less, not more.
Status
The product is ahead of its pilot. We are looking for pilot companies; the public price list follows the pilot. We track the amendment on the Law status page.

Why trust us
Rules you can verify before you send us a single file.
We publish what we do not claim.
The list of our product's limits is longer than any we have found. If someone hands you a shorter one, it is worth asking whether they have one.
What we do not claimNo model reads your salaries.
The language model receives job titles and group descriptions. Code computes the figures and code places them in the documents.
Every decision has a name and a time.
The trail cannot be edited or deleted — at the database level, not just in the application. At the end of the contract it leaves with you.
A small group gets no number.
It gets a sentence explaining why — because a number could reveal an individual's pay.
