The Ekvio application

We are working on the full version of the Ekvio application. Companies from the pilot will be the first to receive access.

What you will find in the application

An overview of remuneration in your company. Job groups, pay bands and remuneration differences by gender on one screen, including what has changed since the last overview.

Documents ready to sign. The internal regulation, pay ranges for job advertisements, replies to employees and the management summary, always in the current version.

A record of decisions. Who confirmed what and when. The record cannot be edited or deleted, and you can produce it at any time.

Material for everyday decisions. When you hire or change someone's pay, you see the range for the job group and what the change does to the figures.

Updates in line with the amendment. When the law changes or a decree is issued, we work the change into the regulation and let you know.
